Happy 4th of July

I want to send out a huge “THANK YOU” to all of our current and former military personnel for your sacrifices that have ensured our continued freedom!

I also want to thank all of our local law enforcement heroes for ensuring those freedoms remain protected here at home!

FREEDOM ISN’T FREE! It comes at great cost; these men and women are paid very little and pay great personal prices to deal with the ugliness in the world we want to pretend doesn’t exist.

These heroes work 24/7 365 days a year to protect you! Next time you see one of them shake their hand, tell them thank you, buy them lunch, give them applause or do something else to show them your gratitude!

Happy 4th of July everyone! Congregate, celebrate and appreciate the cost of freedom!

  1. Mark Walker says:

One of the sad consequences of the end of the draft, is that even fewer of our youth have any idea what military experience is about. It is their loss. However, it means that we have a much higher level of commitment from the young people who are serving in our military. Of course our police officer, fire-fighters and EMT professionals are friends, not our enemies. I echo Johnny’s thanks.
